Fall Family Photography

It's that time of year again. The leaves are turning, the weather is getting cooler, and more and more pumpkin spiced items are popping up in the stores. It's also a great time to have your family portraits taken.

The end of September is typically the best time for leaves and the sun is so soft and warm this time of year. The kids have new outfits and haircuts so there is little prep work needed to have the family looking sharp. And if you need tips on how to bribe your children for smiles, let me know ;)

Location doesn't need that much consideration as really anywhere with a few trees will be a great backdrop. But I do have suggestions if you're not sure. Edmonton and surrounding area has some incredibly beautiful parks and greenspaces, that is part of what makes the fall photos so great; we have a naturally beautiful landscape in our own backyard!

I'm running a Fall Special for $129. This includes a half hour photo session, on location, proofs of all the photos taken and 10 high resolution, retouched digital photos (or a $150 print credit - ask me for details).

Grandmothers, girlfriends, cousins and pets are all welcome in the photos. Please let me know your ideas about poses and styles too, I want you to be happy with your photos and it's always great to try something new.
